Welcome to Front Range Farmers’ Market at the Promenade Shops at the Briargate!
Our season will run every Sunday, June 18 – September 24, from 9-1 in the parking lot between P.F. Chang’s and Biaggi’s.
1885 Briargate Parkway, Colorado Springs, CO
Front Range Farmers’ Market was started to bring together our communities with local growers and producers, who are using organic and sustainable methods to ensure the best and freshest products available.
Most of our vendors are local to Colorado Springs, but everything is grown or raised in Colorado. Buying local not only ensures you have freshly picked produce, you are also supporting individuals and families in our community, not some faceless corporation. This also allows you to speak to the owners and ask questions about their products so you know what you are getting and how it was produced. Try asking those questions at a grocery store!
Organic means the growers and producers are not using chemical pesticides, herbicides, fungicides or fertilizers. What does this mean for you? You get fresh produce and products that have been given the best care and treatment and avoid all the chemicals and other nasties.
Sustainability is more than a buzzword. It means a focus on not only protecting the environment and our communities, but plant and animal welfare focusing on not taking more from the land than we can give back. In Colorado, sustainable practices are what protect our natural landscapes and rural communities.
